Warranty Information

All dashboard video cameras (dashcams) sold from The Justdashcams.com Store includes a 1 Year warranty. This warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to mistreatment or mishandling of the dashcams. We stand behind the products we sell, replace items either intentionally or accidentally damaged by improper usage won’t be entertained. For return information of a defective Just Dash Cams, please visit to our Returns Policy page.

When the warranty is claimed for any non functional product the product will be directly replaced with the new product if in warranty period

( Customer needs to share the video of the non functional product with the necessary images to claim the warranty )

Accessories

All accessories sold from The Dashcameras Store come with a 180 days warranty. Again, this warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to mistreatment or mishandling of the dashcam accessory. For return information of a defective accessory, please visit to our Returns Policy page.

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper installation, water damage, and theft
• Any costs related to removing or reinstalling the product
• Any product that has been altered, defaced, or had the serial number removed
• Any product that was not purchased from our Store
